GENERAL RETURN POLICY 

You may return unused items for a refund within 10 days from the date of your purchase. You must include a copy of the Plus 1 Accessories receipt along with the unused product, securely packaged in the original box and packing materials. Make sure to include all mounts, hardware, and fasteners. The customer will be responsible for the return freight charge to the factory.

You must contact us by phone or email, before returning the product, to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA # must be included with the return shipment for proper processing. Items received without an RGA will be returned to the sender freight collect. You can call us at (916) 797-6042, or email us at info@Plus1Accessories.com to receive your RGA #.

New returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, and the refund will apply only to the product purchased. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We will apply the credit to your original credit card account.

This policy applies only to those purchases which were made directly from Plus 1 Accessories, and not from a retail dealer. Products purchased from a dealer must be returned to that dealer. No exceptions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
